Returns Policy
At Oubon, we want you to love your baby’s clothing (almost) as much as you love your baby. That’s why we offer a 7 day return window from when the item was received for a full refund. To make it even easier for you we will provide you with a shipping label upon request; the shipping fee + a restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
To start a return, please send us an email at info@oubonbaby.com with your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with a prepaid mailing label.
- Online order returns will not be accepted in the store.
- Returned items must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
- Sales receipts should be included in all returns.
- Baby gifts can be exchanged for up to 14 days from when the gift was delivered. Exchanges will be accepted with gift receipt only.
- All sale items are final sale.
Inventory
At Oubon Baby we strive to keep our inventory up to date so that you can order what you love confidently. On the rare occasion that an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
